Damaged Products

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours at info@stressshed.com with your order details and photo proof of the damage. We will issue a refund or exchange upon verification.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging (opened or unopened).
• Refunds are issued for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
